I am using AVG protection for a couple of years now, and I would recommend this anti-virus to everyone.
As reported by Stanford Medical, It is in fact the ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 19 kilos lighter than us.
(By the way, it really has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING to about "how" they are eating.)
